Listen to the Land

The 2017-18 theme is "Our Place" and the primary focus will be Iowan's sense of self in relation to our place in Iowa and our planet.  The One Earth book discussion will feature Listen to the Land written by Larry Stone on Nov. 28 at 7:00 pm.  Listen to the Land is a collection of favorite nature and outdoor columns and photos from Larry's 25-year career as an outdoor writer with the Des Moines Register.

This book discussion series is co-sponsored by For Land's Sake!  and the Winterset Public Library; it is free and open to the public.  As always, title suggestion for future month's discussions are welcome, so please bring those to share.
